Gary started out by fixing his own lawn mower after tough times in the oil field business. After years of doing lawn mower maintenance from his home he opened his own shop right next to his home in February 1987.

From that humble begining in 1987 to now, Gary's Small Engine Repair is a full service dealer. Offering his customers service for most any lawn and garden equipment. Gary's can handle the most basic tune up to a complete engine overhaul. The shop is an authorized dealer of Gravely, Dixon, RedMax, Kawasaki, and Poulan brands of equipment. Gary's is also an authorized service center for Briggs and Stratton, Kohler, Honda, Kawasaki, and Hydro-Gear.  

At Gary's we like to treat our customers as if they are the only one. If we can not fix it or don't have the parts, then we will point you in the right direction to get what you need.  

Gary's is a family owned and operated business. The shop is not only run by owners Gary and Debbie Kalisek, but also by their daughter, Melissa Theis, and their son-in-law, Joe Kerr, who is the service manager.
